Sir Andrew Burns served as a British Diplomat from 1965 to 2003. He served as the British Ambassador to Israel from 1992 to 1995. In 2010, Sir Andrew Burns was appointed the UK's first Envoy for Post Holocaust issues, a post he held until 2015. Sir Andrew Burns will be discussing his work with the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).
