Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative: You will support our distinguished clients; Oral Surgeons, Dentists, and Labs that work with Straumann products. This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess strong customer service acumen, but also the ability to provide a level of technical support service. You will handle inquiries, status updates, and processing requests via phone and email. If you thrive in an environment where you are challenged, enjoy working with customers, solving issues and driving for success we have an amazing opportunity waiting for you.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and/or Lotus Notes

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree preferred
• Prior dental experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience a plus.
• Bilingual in French preferred
