Stiletto Brass Quintet

Redfern Arts Center

Tuesday, April 15, 2014 · 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Stiletto Brass Quintet, formed in 2010, has gained exposure as a leading ensemble with performances that the audience greeted with rousing ovations with Doc Severinsen and the Heartland Festival Orchestra, at the National Trumpet Competition, the International Trumpet Guild Conference, the Great American Brass Band Festival, and concerts in Illinois, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Oregon. Stiletto released their first CD with guest artist Doc Severinsen in 2013 and it is available on CD Baby.

Works by Hellendael, Joan Tower, Cootie Williams, Libby Larsen, Duke Ellington, Gershwin, Dorsey, Pinkard, Goedicke and more.
