Film Showing: "Woodpeckers: The Hole Story"
Woodpeckers come in all shapes and sizes, each uniquely engineered for their particular lifestyle. Join us for a big-screen showing of this new PBS Nature documentary, which reveals intimate stories of woodpecker families across the world – including species found right in our own backyards. Following the film, Harris Center Bird Conservation Director Phil Brown will be on hand for questions, along with some woodpecker specimens from the Harris Center’s natural history collection.
7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Putnam Theater at Keene State College. Free of charge. For more information, including questions about accessibility, contact Brett Amy Thelen at thelen@harriscenter.org.
Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the KSC Film Society.
