KSC Seminar/Webinar Series: Evidence-Based Community Action to Support Breastfeeding Families in New Hampshire

Webinar presented by Dr. Becky Dunn, Public Health. Dr. Dunn’s research is in the area of maternal/child health with an emphasis on promoting and supporting breastfeeding families through the lens of the social ecological model. She has examined factors that influence a woman’s decision to initiate and sustain breastfeeding, particularly in low-income women, and practices in child care settings. She will be sharing the decade-long story of community outreach, qualitative and quantitative research endeavors, and evidence-based action to support breastfeeding families.
