Conversations that could have been learning opportunities are too easily turned them into bitter battles these days. What would it mean to call someone in instead of calling them out? How can we have uncomfortable conversations based in compassion? This webinar will stand on its own and also will be excellent background for Loretta Ross’s presentation, Speech, Healing, and Reconciliation - Creating a Calling-In Culture, on Tues, Mar 16 at Keene State, part of the Sidore Lecture Series.

Audience: K-12 educators, including classroom teachers, specials teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators. Parents and community members too!
