Winter celebrations in schools are hard. Do you do nothing? Everything? At the heart of all winter celebrations is celebration of life and light in the darkest time of the year, and we can co-create from there. We will explore how implicit bias can affect our thinking and planning, and how to be respectful and allow for multiple perspectives to be honored and celebrated.

Audience: K-12 educators, including classroom teachers, specials teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators. Parents too!
