POETRY VOICE $ 50.00 prize for winning poet.
-Pick your best poem and read, recite, chant, or sing it.
-Clock starts on the first word of your poem.
-You have the stage for two minutes (with a ten-second grace period)
-One poem only
Your poem does not have to be memorized. You can perform from a written text. Okay to recite and improvise as well.
Prize Awarded on the quality of the poem and the vocal performance/interpretation of the poem.
