Monday - Thursday: 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Friday - Sunday: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Game Room Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Friday - Sunday: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Hours will change on holidays and special events. The NOC & Game Room will be closed during all College closures, including breaks and any inclement weather closures.

The Night Owl Café and Game Room (NOCGR) is a multi-purpose café and campus hang-out spot on the second floor of the Student Center. Events Happening Here include: bingo, movies, comedy shows, DirecTV sport packages, and other special events. All events in the NOCGR is free for KSC students. Popcorn and soda are served all day long and are also free of charge.

The NOCGR serves NOC Sizzlers made to order Monday - Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Students can purchase their NOC Sizzler by one of the following options: a Meal Plan swipe, Owl Card (Meal Plan Dollars, Dining Dollars or Owl Cash), debit/credit or Cash.

Every Thursday while classes are in session - 7 PM in the NOC. Prizes for 7 rounds!

Pub Trivia

Every other Wednesday beginning - 7 PM in the NOC. Prizes and root-beer floats!

Co-Sponsored Events

The Night Owl Café and Game Room co-sponsors many events with clubs, organizations, residence halls, and academic staff. If your club, organization, or campus department would like to co-sponsor an event, please contact Jennifer Ferrell, Director of Student Life.

The following are the requirements for Co-Sponsoring a NOCGR Event

  • Contact the Coordinator of Student Activities & Organizations to schedule a specific date and discuss the details of the event.
  • Visit the Event Scheduling Page to reserve the space, confirming the date, time and specific event(s) to be held.
  • Events must be scheduled at least 3 weeks ahead of time and be open and free to all students.
  • Events are subject to the discretion of the Coordinator of Student Activities & Organizations, Director of Student Involvement, and facility availability.

Co-Sponsorship does not always involve funding. We welcome all ideas and are enthusiastic about working with groups to provide successful programming!

The Game Room

The Game Room is located on the second floor of the Student Center (next to the mail room) and provides a variety of activities and games.

  • Outdoor/lawn games
  • Puzzles
  • Coloring books
  • DirecTV
  • Assorted card & board games
