The Academic Excellence Celebration event brings together student scholars and their families, faculty and staff mentors, other members of the KSC community, area legislators, university trustees, and members of the Keene community in celebration of academic research and other forms of scholarship. The AEC will be part of a number of exciting events celebrating student achievement including the Evening of Dance, Graphic Design and Art Exhibits.
The AEC is free and open to the public! The College invites all members of the Keene State College extended community to join us in this celebration of student achievement!

Participant Timeline (2024)
Monday, January 15, 2024: Abstract Portal Opens
Friday, February 16, 2024: Abstracts due
Friday, March 1, 2024: Notification letters will be sent on a rolling basis with further instructions. Final Notification letters will be sent no later than Friday, March 1, 2024.
Thursday, March 7, 2024: Reminders sent to students and faculty who have resubmission options.
Monday, March 11, 2024: Resubmission deadline for corrections via a second submission portal.
Wednesday, March 13, 2024: Notification Letters sent to Resubmitted abstracts.
Monday, March 25, 2024: SCHED app with the schedule will be posted by March 25th.

Presentation Types
Exhibits will be available for viewing throughout the celebration, with a designated time slot during which presenters will discuss their work with viewers.
Submissions
