About the Academic Excellence Celebration:
Celebrating Student Creativity, Scholarship, and Co-Curricular Activity
The Academic Excellence Celebration is Scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025.
The Academic Excellence Celebration event brings together student scholars and their families, faculty and staff mentors, other members of the KSC community, area legislators, university trustees, and members of the Keene community in celebration of academic research and other forms of scholarship. The AEC will be part of a number of exciting events celebrating student achievement including the Evening of Dance, Graphic Design and Art Exhibits.
The AEC is free and open to the public! The College invites all members of the Keene State College extended community to join us in this celebration of student achievement!

Participant Timeline (2025)
Monday, December 2, 2024: Abstract Portal Opens!
January 2025 (TBD) Abstract Help and Info Sessions
February 14, 2025: Abstract Portal Closes
February 29, 2025: Notification letters will be sent on a rolling basis with further instructions. Decisions letters will be sent out no later than February 29, 2025
March 6, 2025: Reminders sent to students and faculty who have resubmission options.
March 10, 2025: Resubmission deadline for corrections via a second submission portal.
March 15, 2025: Notification Letters sent to Resubmitted abstracts.
March 24, 2025: SCHED app with the schedule will be posted by March 24th.
Academic Excellence Celebration, Afternoon of Friday, April 25th, 2025
Presentation Types
Exhibits will be available for viewing throughout the celebration, with a designated time slot during which presenters will discuss their work with viewers.
