Employment Opportunity for School Principal of Meadows Educational Center at the Brattleboro Retreat

Currently we are seeking a School Principal at our Meadows Education Center & BRIDGES Program. Our on-campus State approved Independent K-12 School serves elementary, middle, and high school students who are receiving care at the Retreat. Our BRIDGES day school program helps local and regional school-age residents integrate studies with needed care.

The ideal candidate must have a Master degree with coursework in administration, special education, curriculum development and child and adolescent development; must be a licensed Educator with Vermont state certification in two or more endorsement areas. Background in Special Education, curriculum development, behavior management, and strong organizational skills preferred.

We provide specialized diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for people of all ages. Our campus showcases southern Vermonts natural beauty, with meadows, wooded trails and waterways providing opportunities for outdoor therapy and inspired environments for working and healing, in safety and privacy.
