Payroll/HR Manger, Entercom New England
We are seeking a Payroll/Benefits/HR Manager to support our Entercom Boston cluster of radio stations which includes WEEI Sports Radio Network, WAAF, and WRKO. This position will handle daily Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations and other responsibilities including:
? Collect, calculate, enter and process payroll on a semi-monthly basis for approximately 150 employees
? Process all new hire paperwork, termination paperwork, and payroll changes
? Prepare, analyze, and process sales commissions
? Prepare manual payroll checks and voids when necessary
? Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and prepare related journal entries and reporting
? Maintain all federal and state income tax withholding records, and other personnel file documents
? Be the point person for employee issues
? Ensure compliance with the companys EEO program throughout the year and compile the annual EEO report
? Perform new hire and benefits orientations with new employees, and be a resource for benefits related questions and issues ongoing
? Administer employee benefits, and assist with the companys annual Open Enrollment Period
? Process and manage all FMLAs, LOAs and Workers Comp.
? Track and manage employees PTO balances
? Other related HR duties include training, employee recognition, office event planning, wellness coordinator, and advisor to managers and employees on company policies and procedures
? A minimum of 3 years of Payroll/Benefits experience required, UltiPro software experience a plus.
? Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.
? Must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and follow through on work assignments with minimal supervision.
? Strong accounting skill, detail oriented
Proficient with Excel and Outlook and general Computer proficiency
