Therapeutic Support Specialist - Child & Family
Provide Functional Support Services to children, youth and families. Also provides structured supportive activities in community settings under the direction of a Therapist. Documents the client's record of activities relative to individual service plans. Completes all necessary supportive documentation reports. Participates in the treatment planning process.
Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Candidates are subject to a criminal and motor vehicle check.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
