JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Supportive Employment Team in both Belknap & Grafton counties.

Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with psychiatric disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment according to their vocational goals and recovery.

Successful candidates must have a general knowledge of job development with an ability to relate positively with employers in the community; working knowledge of a broad range of occupations; ability to identify clients interests, strengths, skills, abilities, and coping styles and match them with jobs as well as, the ability to advocate for clients with other team members, employers, and families.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and vehicle required.

Candidates are subject to a criminal and motor vehicle check. Benefits include medical, dental, life & disability insurance.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Education or other related human service field required.

BENEFITS
