Role: The Office Administrator plays a central role in ensuring a well-run, efficient, and responsive organization and network office. Responsibilities include developing, executing, and improving the organizations administrative systems and routines and providing administrative support to the network Leadership Team. In addition, the Office Administrator will support the networks organizational learning functions, including but not limited to coordinating and executing school evaluation days and professional development opportunities. As the face of the organization to external visitors to the network office and individuals providing professional development support to the organization, the Office Administrator must also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, donors, board members, visitors, and more. The Office Administrator reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and also meets weekly with other members of the Leadership Team.
Maintain and improve the network offices administrative systems and routines;
Lead the set-up and maintenance of UP Education Network work spaces at each of our schools;
Support the Talent Team by coordinating logistics for site evaluations and all network-wide professional development events, and providing other administrative functions to the Talent Team as needed;
Provide administrative and logistical support to staff meetings, board meetings, and other meetings as needed;
Support UP Education Networks asset and inventory management;
Manage ordering of all supplies and materials for the network office;
Manage phones (answering calls, re-directing calls, taking messages, placing calls, etc.);
Support the Chief Operating Officer on managing the network office move to a new office space;
Maintain organizations calendar of events; and
Other projects and administrative tasks, including scheduling of meetings, as needed to support the Leadership Team.
