Customer Service Professional
Various Day/Evening Schedules
Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day every week; no rotation of schedules
Hourly Rate is $14/hr and late shift premiums apply
The Customer Care Professional is a part of our world class team that provides extraordinary customer service to our customers with the goal of driving to drive high satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

Whether you are finding dining reservations in Paris, or tickets to the sold-out show in New York City, the requests are always unique and interesting.
As a customer care professional, you would work in our call center, servicing a high volume of customer requests through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, email, etc).
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering extraordinary customer care through end to end servicing of a wide variety of customer requests customers for personal services such as dining reservations and suggestions, flower orders, and gift baskets for special occasions, ticket inquiries, locating hard to find items, travel / lodging arrangements and product comparisons.
Utilize a variety of resources including search engines, websites and internal resources to research customer requests with the goal of delivering meaningful and valuable solutions.
Promote meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty through engaging and informed conversations and written communications with customers.
Identify and provide meaningful and relevant knowledge and insight to members regarding the services that we can offer.
Utilize various complex internal technology applications to accurately and completely capture information regarding customer preferences and requests.
Consistently provide high-level customer service in a fast paced, structured environment
Meet individual performance objectives based on customer satisfaction, productivity and overall positive / proactive behavior, while participating in training sessions to remain current on various policies, processes and procedures related to servicing of customers.
Identify opportunities to proactively meet member needs to deliver value-added recommendations and services.
Education/ Certification Required: High school Diploma required, Bachelors degree or College equivalent preferred.
Customer Service skills a must
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Superior organizational skills, as well as a proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
Phone or Contact Centre experience a plus
Proficiency using computers and multi-system navigation; Internet Savvy
Prior experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Entertainment industry considered to be an asset
