Job Description

Our client, in the Keene, NH area is seeking an Editorial Director to oversee its event and product development, planning and supervision of its Editors, Event & Product Managers. Also responsible for designing and developing content for seminars, conferences, institutes, web-based learning, books, manipulatives and other teacher resources for PreK-12 market.

A Bachelors in Education, or related field and at least five years experience in editing professional development content, staff management, budgeting and a strong understanding of the role of professional development in education and the needs of teachers is essential, along with a broad vision of how to produce high-quality professional development materials is required. Must also be able to manage multiple priorities, large scale projects and adhere to strict deadlines and content standards while providing hands-on support and mentorship to the team.

Trade show, event or conference planning experience is a plus.
