The Family Garden provides quality early childhood education to support childrens learning, development, and curiosity by offering ample opportunities to play outdoors, garden, paint, get dirty, dance, play, explore, read, share, learn and enjoy the creativity of childhood.
We believe that our low teacher to child ratios build the secure relationships and strong foundations needed for healthy child development. As part of our family-style approach, we have multi-aged groups in each classroom that allow our children to get along and care for one another. This wonderful mix of children and teachers in our classrooms create a rich learning environment with exciting projects and conversations. In this setting, older children can learn patience, kindness, and sharing as they teach their younger friends; while the younger children can grow and model behaviors on their older friends.
