For the past 40 years, Glen has worked as an educator; first in public school, then community college, and finally coming to Keene State College in 2007. After studying psychology as an undergraduate student and earning degrees in education and music performance, he completed graduate work in psychology at Norwich University in 1993. Experience in both public school education and the musical arts has helped to shape Glen's approach to classes at Keene State.

Courses taught at KSC include Lifespan Psychology, Personality, Social Psychology, General Psychology, and Stress, Anxiety and Coping. In his classes he emphasizes the relationship between human thought and emotions, and how they may develop in complexity over the lifespan.

On a personal note, Glen enjoys his life in rural Vermont with his lovely wife, visitng his adult sons and their families (which include grandchildren), travel, scuba diving, and underwater photography.
