About Editing Faculty/Staff Profiles
Certain fields must be updated by Human Resources to maintain the integrity of their records. For these profile attributes to be modified, you will need to contact Human Resources directly. Updates are made periodically, please allow four to six weeks for the updates to be reflected within the online directory.
- first name (preferred)
- last name (name change form)
- phone
- mail stop
- job title
- building
- primary department
Some attributes of the profile can be updated directly by faculty and staff to change the display of their personal profile within this directory, these fields include:
- honorific
- middle name/initial
- name suffix
- room number
- secondary department
- personal website
- biographical blurb
