Peer Observation: An Opportunity for Productive Dialogue and Development
When carefully planned and delivered, peer observations allow a distinct opportunity for faculty to support and enhance each other’s classroom practice. In this workshop, we will discuss a possible framework as well as a range of strategies for planning, conducting, and debriefing peer observations – whether they will be used for annual evaluations or DPEC reviews or for more informal peer discussion. This program will be led by Dr. Dottie Bauer, Education Department, and Dr. Chris Odato, Instructional Consultant. The content will be relevant and useful both to people conducting observations and to instructors being observed. Please sign up at: https://goo.gl/forms/RovCriOVQao6olAE2
