Graphic Design Portfolio 2016
Keene State College seniors majoring in graphic design will open their portfolios for public review on Friday, April 15, from 3 to 7 PM in the Media Arts Center at Keene State College.
The portfolio review showcases the best design work each student has produced while pursuing a bachelor of arts or a bachelor of fine arts degree at Keene State. Graphic design students are required to take a portfolio seminar in which they prepare a professional presentation of their work. During this class, seniors may develop new pieces and refine work completed in other art and graphic design classes.
Members of the local business community are encouraged to attend the event and review the portfolios of these 30 graphic design seniors, who are prepared for design-related careers such as publishing, advertising, web design, and mobile-media. Students’ friends and family and community members also are invited to the portfolio review, which is free. Refreshments will be served.
