Alumni Center - Norma Walker Hall
Tuesday, · -

John Warner, author of "More Than Words: How to Think About Writing in the Age of AI" (Basic Books, 2025) presents a talk about how to make space for our human selves in the presence of generative AI in school and understand what we must resist in order to value our humanity, what we must renew in order to develop our human selves, and then how we explore the intersection between humans and generative AI so as to teach and assess in ways that are open to new possibilities while preserving human-centered learning as the core of the educational mission.
