Values Based Organizational Leadership Workshop

This workshop will help participants identify group values and understand how leadership decisions reflect group values and healthy environments free of hazing in an interactive way. Participants will engage in activities that allow them to consider their own practices and work with other student leaders to think through the decision-making process with their group values in mind. Students will leave with a better understanding of how to leverage their group values, and a clear action plan that they can use right away.
