Please join us for a friendly, informal meditation group every Tuesday from 4-4:30PM this fall. All are welcome- faculty, staff, students and friends. You may have no meditation experience or may be a seasoned meditator- either way- this group is for anyone who wants to relax, quiet their mind and spend time with others who are interested in the same. Come every week or just drop in when you have time. Meditations will be guided by Jeanelle Boyer from the Health Sciences Department.
