Enjoy a short guided meditation and maybe even a little gentle movement as a midweek pick me up and stress reliever. All are welcome- faculty, staff and students, beginner meditators and long time meditators. We all experience stress- enjoy this opportunity to connect with others, relax and do something that is good for you!
Note: This is recurring and will run every Wednesday throughout the Spring semester
