Inspiring Conversations in Education
The Inspiring Conversations in Education (ICE) Conference is a half-day conference that provides a variety of workshops for current educators and education majors at Keene State College. This year, we will be hosting our conference on campus in Rhodes Hall. This event is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the field of education from Keene State Alumni, local educators, current graduate students, and other community members. Our 2022 ICE Conference theme for this year appropriately reflects on the past and considers the current state of education: 10 Years of Inspiring Education – Celebrating Our Community and Achievements in Education. This year's keynote speaker is the 2021 NH Elementary Principal of the Year, Melissa Suarez, principal of Mt. Caesar Elementary School. Kappa Delta Pi is one of the oldest honor societies at Keene State College, and Keene State is one of the earliest educational institutions in NH. The Keene State College alumni are the backbone of this conference. By incorporating Keene State College alumni into our conference, it has allowed us to provide a concrete example of how the Keene State College motto “Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve” is being used by our graduates on an everyday basis. We hope you can join us for our 10th annual conference! Register required here: https://forms.gle/WMNZ9grohqw1JmKP7 If you have any questions, please contact iceconference2022@gmail.com.
