KSC Seminar Series: Filmmaking Practicums - Building Skills and Community on Set
Presented by Prof. Jo Dery, Film Department: Students of film production are eager for real-world experience on set. In 2019, Professor Jo Dery decided to bring the set to them. She wrote a short film, gathered a crew of professional alumni who work in the industry, and paired each one with a student mentee. See the finished film and learn about the process of designing a practicum project in this presentation.
