Introduction to Zoom: schedule meetings, troubleshooting problems, and establishing norms

Zoom is a widely used web conferencing tool used for synchronous communication. The first part of this session will go over basics such as scheduling a meeting and how to troubleshoot problems with audio or video problems. The second part of the session participants will discuss the various ways Zoom has been used and will share how they establish class norms.
