As February comes to an end, we must ask ourselves- in what ways did we celebrate Black excellence?
Did you have an opportunity to reflect on Dr. King, Angela Davis, or Harriet Tubman? Think about Simone Biles defying gravity? Or the courage and power of Tarana Burke? Black excellence is all around us... are you seeing it?
As a community, we are coming together to showcase Black talent on February 28th at 5:00PM in the Flag Room of the Student Center. Join us for Young, Gifted & Black - a space to celebrate, dance, perform, drum, eat, laugh, and dream about the future.
