Tuition Payment Plan

Keene State partners with a company called Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to allow students and families to break their bill down into monthly payments. There is a $60 enrollment fee. Everyone is qualified to use the TMS service, and once you've enrolled in the plan, you make your payments directly to TMS (sorry, you cannot make monthly payments directly to KSC).

The College does not share information regarding your student account with TMS. If any changes are made to your student account, it is the student's or family's responsibility to contact TMS and adjust the plan.

Enrolling in the Payment Plan

You can enroll online or by calling TMS at 1-800-722-4867. You can also contact the company via email.

You may find that TMS says that your account is paid in full, but the College still shows a balance. It may be that additional charges may have been applied to your account that were not part of the amount you budgeted with TMS when the plan was set up.

If you miss payments, the College reserves the right to cancel your payment plan.

Fall semester payments are due on the first of each month, June 1 through October 1. If your plan has not been paid in full by October 1, it will be canceled. The remaining balance will be transferred back to the student's account. Payment is then due immediately to the College.

Spring semester payments are due on the first of each month, November 1 through March 1. If your plan has not been paid in full by March 1, it will be canceled. The remaining balance will be transferred back to the student's account. Payment is then due immediately to the College.
