Event Scheduling
KSC Staff, Faculty and Students can place requests for events* in the Student Center, the Spaulding Gymnasium, the Redfern Arts Center, the KSC Camp on Wilson Pond, the Thorne Art Gallery, Centennial Hall, and/or academic space via 25Live**.
Requests can be submitted 3 days in advance of the event date, however, to ensure that the necessary resources and services are available, it is recommended that request be made as far in advance as possible during the academic year.
*Request for academic course meetings can be directed to the Academic Scheduler in the Registrar’s Office

Individuals without a KSC NetID can submit an event request, either for the Camp on Wilson Pond or another location on campus, by sending an e-mail to: scheduling.
If you are interested in reserving space for a larger event such as a conference or concert, please contact the KSC Event Scheduling Office as soon as possible so that they are aware of the pending request and can provide you with information necessary to coordinating such an event.
25Live is currently only used to book space. Information on requesting event services (audio/visual, catering, parking) can be found in the Event Services section on this page.
Please Note: Organizers and sponsors of events using KSC Facilities are responsible for providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities who request them.
Publicity For Events Must Include The Following Statement: In order to request accommodations for a disability, please contact (Name of event organizer, department, telephone number) at least 14 days prior to the event.
