KSC Staff, Faculty and Students can now make event requests via 25Live.
To place a request in 25Live, you must be logged in. KSC Staff, Faculty and Students can login using their KSCNetID.

In-person training on 25Live is offered throughout the year. Please contact the Event Scheduling Office for any specific questions regarding training.
Please note
Mozilla Firefox or Chrome are the recommended web browsers for 25Live. Use of Internet Explorer is not recommended.
The tablet version (iOS) of Safari is not currently compatible with 25Live. Google Chrome is recommended for iPad users. 25Live has limited functionality on smartphones.
Individuals without a KSC NetID
Individuals without a KSC NetID can submit an event request, either for the Camp on Wilson Pond or another location on campus, by sending an e-mail to the following: scheduling@keene.edu.
Please include the following in your email:
Desired Facility (College Camp, etc.)
First and Last Name
Day of Event Contact Phone Number
Event Name/Type
Anticipated Event Attendance
Requested Event Date(s)
Requested Event Time - PLEASE NOTE: Camp Hours are 8:00am-10:00pm
