Men’s Rugby

Formed in the spring of 1972 Keene State men’s rugby has been training players of all abilities to play the game of rugby for over 40 years. No prior experience is necessary and in fact many of our players have never played the game before arriving at Keene State. Our head coach is a former KSC player and has been the coach since 2003. The team competed in the 2010 NSCRO nationals in Virginia Beach and placed second in the country. The team is a member of NERFU North Div. III and has a competitive “A” and “B” side.  Training in the fall (September- November) is from 4pm-6pm Monday-Friday on the Joyce athletic fields across the river on campus.  Spring Training is on an availability basis. Come join a tradition of hard hitting excellence!
