Keene State offers several convenient options for paying your bill, including:


To pay online using QuikPAY, simply click on the payment option (e-check, debit card, or credit card), enter the appropriate account and amount information on the screen, and submit the payment. QuikPAY will send you an e-mail notification stating that your payment request was received, and will include a payment confirmation number. Remember to submit your payments a few days prior to the published payment deadline.

  • E-check. Pay online, with no additional fee, charging your personal bank account for the funds. Provide the bank-routing and transit and account number to complete the transaction.
  • Debit Card. If you are using a debit card to pay online, you may have a daily transaction limit that will prevent the payment from being honored. If this happens, please contact your financial institution. If this is a problem, you may also make your payment using an e-check (see above).
  • Credit Card online via QuikPAY using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. The cardholder must have a U.S. billing address. QuikPAY assesses a non-refundable 2.75% service charge for online credit-card payments. Two separate transactions will appear on your credit card statement, one for the tuition and fee to Keene State College and another for the service charge. The College no longer accepts credit card payments directly (in person, telephone, or mail).
