Complementary Health Practices (IINURS-399)
Students explore complementary health therapies as part of the new ecology of health practices incorporating social and cultural factors of health, emphasizing the mind-body connection complementing conventional medicine. Multidisciplinary evidence supporting the benefit of alternative therapies is examined, promoting a balanced and healthier lifestyle for self and clients.
