Christine M. Burke, MEd, MCHES
Christine joined the staff at Keene State College in September of 2003. Prior to working at Keene State, she spent 13 years as the Coordinator of Health Education at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Christine has a bachelor's in Health Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a master's in Educational Management from Lesley University. Additionally, she possesses MCHES (Master Certified Health Education Specialist) certification through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
As the Director of the Center for Health and Wellness, Chris is responsible for the overall operation of the department. This includes providing leadership in college health, budget management, staff supervision and representing the department within the Division of Student Affairs.
She also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Health Science department.
Chris is an active member of the New England College Health Association, serving as a board member from 2005 through 2009 and currently serving on the Program Planning Committee.
In her spare time, Chris likes to spend time with her family and friends, likes to ride her bike and work out, and loves to read.

Deb Coltey, MSN, APRN
Deb joined the Keene State Health Center Staff in January of 2005 and before that worked at Fitchburg State College and in primary care. She has been a nurse practitioner for 17 years. After working in several different areas, she found her calling working with college-aged students.
She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor's in Nursing and from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a master's in nursing. She also has advanced training in psychopharmacology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has completed STD/HIV training by the CDC. Deb is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Her role at Keene State is as one of the two Nurse Practitioner clinicians and as the clinical supervisor. She loves hiking, running, and just about anything having to do with the outdoors.

Karen Coteleso, MS, APRN
Karen enjoyed a long and rewarding career as an adult nurse practitioner working in the primary care setting prior to coming to Keene State College.
Karen has a graduate degree from University of Massachusetts Medical School Graduate School of Nursing. She has also worked as a nurse educator as adjunct faculty at Worcester State College, clinical preceptor for several graduate schools of nursing and frequent lecturer at University of Massachusetts Medical School Graduate School of Nursing.
She is an active member of New England College Health Association and serves on the annual conference planning committee. She has completed Harvard University's post-graduate course in Adolescent Medicine and STD/HIV Training by the CDC.
She has great professional satisfaction working with college students in her role as nurse practitioner at the Center for Health and Wellness.
She loves living with her family and dogs. She has great fun gardening, swimming and practicing yoga.

Chelsea Hill, CMA
Chelsea is the newest member to the Center for Health and Wellness.
She has recently graduated from Salter College and obtained her Associates degree in Medical Assisting. Her responsibilities include working with the front desk staff and clinical patient care.
She enjoys watching movies and shopping for the latest styles.

Tiffany Mathews, MS
Tiffany joined the Center for Health and Wellness in the fall of 2007 after working in college health for several years in Philadelphia.
As the Coordinator of Wellness Education, Tiffany collaborates with students, staff, faculty, and other members of the Keene community on a variety of health and wellness initiatives.
Tiffany advises peer education groups, educates people on health and wellness topics, works closely with dietetic interns and practicum students, and serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Health Science Department.
A graduate of Saint Joseph's University and the University of New Hampshire, Tiffany has a master's degree in health education and a bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences.
Tiffany enjoys snowboarding, open water swimming, hiking, biking, tele skiing, and eating locally.

Sue Nelson, RN
Sue is a Registered Nurse whose career has specialized in ambulatory nursing. Throughout her many years as a "float" at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic in Keene, she worked not only in Primary Care, but also in the many specialty practices, in addition to having spent 4 years in administrative roles.
Since joining the Center for Health and Wellness in 2004, Sue has worked in conjunction with the Providers to deliver compassionate, quality health care and education to our students.
Sue received her Nursing Diploma from the Newton-Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing in Newton Lower Falls, MA.
She is a Keene native, and in fact was actually born on the wing where she now works! She lived in the greater Boston and Chicago areas prior to returning to her roots, and currently resides in Westmoreland, New Hampshire with her husband and son.

Maria Sibley
Maria has worked at Keene State College since 1985, starting out at the Human Resource Department, then known as the Personnel Office, as Administrative Assistant. From there she worked at Recreational Sports and eventually at Health Services, which later became the Center for Health and Wellness.
She came to the U.S. from Germany in 1971 and became a United States Citizen in 2008.
She lives in Walpole, New Hampshire with her husband and her two dogs, Sammy and Sophie.

Deborah Starratt, RN
Deb has worked as a Registered Nurse for many years in a variety of specialties including Mental Health, Home Health, Ambulatory Care, Day Surgery, and Infusion Therapy.
She discovered her passion for College Health Nursing when she came to KSC Center for Health and Wellness in 2006. She works in a team with the providers to deliver quality health care and education to students. She is also a member of The Critical Incident Support Team on campus.
A graduate of the Nursing program at NHTI in Concord, New Hampshire, she is currently working toward her BSN.
Originally from Pennsylvania, she traveled all over the country before making New Hampshire her home. She lives in Chesterfield with her husband and daughter.
