Cynthia Lambert Cheshire
Dr Cheshire (PhD Divinity, University of Aberdeen) studies religion, rhetoric, and popular culture. In both research and teaching, Dr Cheshire explores interactions between ancient textual traditions and modern cultural movements. Her doctoral dissertation developed an Intersectional Biblical Hermeneutic for use alongside historical-critical methods in biblical studies, applying the method to the ‘baptismal formula’ passages in the Pauline epistles.
