Getting Started W Ipad (NCESC-290)
At this three hour training, you will receive the latest model of the popular iPad AIR and have hands on instruction on the basic use of this tool. We will work with the native apps on the iPad, such as Maps and Notes, and setting up your mail to come in on the iPad. Participants will learn cool tips and tricks for everyday use, how to work with the settings to further customize the iPad and about time-saving shortcuts. To Prepare: Set up an Apple ID. Directions are found here: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ (Note, past experience has taught us that it is easy to forget your ID, causing problems in setting up your new iPad. Please write it down carefully - it is case sensitive!)
