Alumni Center Facilities

The Alumni Center at Keene State College is designed to connect alumni and other College friends with KSC students and with each other, through social events, career planning and mentoring, intergenerational planning and community building activities. We welcome friends from both the campus and from the greater community. We hope you will enjoy this beautiful building and its opportunities to connect as much as we enjoy having you as our guests.

The Alumni Center offers several areas available for use by those outside the KSC campus community. They include Centennial Hall, with the adjacent lobby, gallery and courtyard, and the second floor conference rooms. For information about reserving these facilities, please reference the facility fee schedule, setup guide, and facility policy/guidelines (PDF). Alumni Center Rental Rates and Fees

The Alumni Center at KSC Alumni Center fees include use of the facility, on-site audio-visual equipment, use of on-site tables and chairs, and an on-site facility representative during the event. Additional costs may include catering, additional tables, chairs or audio-visual equipment, security, parking, or other event costs such as decorating. Refer to the Alumni Center Facility Guidelines for further information.

Centennial Hall rental also includes use of the adjoining lobby/gallery area and courtyard unless otherwise notified.

Set-up Guide

Centennial Hall - First floor

The Alumni Center at KSCRoom use is limited to activities appropriate to the space such as special meetings, banquets, receptions, conferences or community presentations. Centennial Hall is not an acceptable athletic facility, nor is it to be used for regularly scheduled classes or other functions deemed inappropriate for a public institution.

  • Conference Style (6-foot rectangle tables) - max capacity: 60
  • Banquet (rounds) - max capacity: 96
