Congratulations on your acceptance to Keene State College! You are in!
Here are the most important things you need to do:
Come to an Information Session to hear more about Keene State College and decide if you want to enroll (we hope you do!).Visit Campus
Payment of the enrollment fee confirms your commitment to enroll and reserves a room for you in one of our residence halls. All freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus. Although junior and senior transfer students are not guaranteed housing, we typically have space available for all new spring students and encourage you to apply for on-campus housing. Deadline for payment is January 2, 2017.
Move-In Day for new students is Sunday, January 15, 2017. Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp on Tuesday, January 17.
In the meantime:
Send us your final high-school or college transcript (required)
If you are enrolled in either high school or college, it is a condition of your admission to Keene State College that you will maintain satisfactory grades the remainder of your semester. You must provide the Admissions Office with a final high school or college transcript by January 12, 2017, for our review. Keene State College reserves the right to revoke your admission if you do not complete your coursework at the same level of achievement as at the time of acceptance.

|January 15, 2017||Health Information due. Health Services physical examinations are required for all students. Download the form at http://www.keene.edu/office/chw/required-info/ These forms are due by January 15, 2017 for spring admittance. Any student who fails to meet this requirement will have a hold placed on his or her student account and will not be able to register for classes until the form is received.|

Set up your KSC Email
Once you have paid the nonrefundable enrollment services fee ($325) and accepted your admission to Keene State College, you will receive a “Welcome to Keene State College” email sent to your personal email address. The Welcome to Keene State College email walks you through setting up your KSC NetID, obtaining your KSC email address and logging into the Keene State College student portal, MyKSC. .
Get your Spring Semester Courses
You will be contacted by the Academic & Career Advising Office via your new KSC email asking you to return a “Registration Data Form”, which will start the registration process collaboratively with an academic advisor.
You will receive an email to your KSC email address from Residential Life and Housing Services about completing your housing and dining application online.
Fill out Health forms
All new students enrolling at Keene State College are required to submit several pieces of health information. Most of it will be completed and submitted electronically, populating directly into your electronic health record. For complete instructions as well as access to our online student health module, please visit the Center for Health and Wellness.
Your College ID
Once you get to campus, you’ll get your ID from the lobby of the dining commons. Students are expected to carry their ID at all times. If you live on campus, you’ll use it to enter your residence hall and if you have a meal plan, you’ll use it to enter the dining commons.
Change your Intended major
On your application for admission, you designated an educational goal that serves for now as your intended major.
Has your educational goal/intended major changed since you applied to Keene State College? At KSC, it’s okay to change your mind, but please let us know. To request a change, please e-mail the Admissions Office, including your name and student ID# firstname.lastname@example.org.
