Verification
You have been selected for Verification, a process that requires the Financial Aid office to collect certain documents to verify the information on your FAFSA. This is a federal requirement in many instances and does not usually mean there’s a problem with your application. Please return all requested documents within 30 days to assist us with processing your financial aid in a timely manner.
KSC Financial Aid forms may be submitted to our office via our secure document upload or via fax at 603-358-2794.
All information, documents, and/or materials submitted to the Financial Aid office at Keene State College become the property of KSC Financial Aid. Please keep a copy of all submitted forms for your records. For more information, contact us at KSC.SFS@keene.edu or 603-358-2280.
The U.S. Department of Education requires that documents containing personally identifiable information (PII) be transmitted securely. Therefore, we cannot accept forms or attached documents containing personally identifiable information via email. You may fax forms or documents to our office or submit them through our Secure Document Upload. Please be sure that all documents include the student’s name and college ID number.
IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) may be used to submit your Federal Tax Return if you are being asked to provide that document.
Please note: All accepted applicants and parents will need to create a new account when prompted at the Log-in box.
