A work by Barry Faulkner, foremost muralist of the 1800s, decorates the entryway of Elliot Hall. Once the 19th-century home of John Elliot, a public-minded citizen of Keene, the building was deeded to the city in 1882 and became a hospital.
Today it's the heart of academic affairs at Keene State, from the toddlers learning the alphabet in our early-childhood laboratory school in the basement to the international exchange students arranging trips on the third floor. |
