Office Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
filing, copying, answering phones, completing on campus deliveries,
designing and implementing bulletin boards and other art projects as well as
typing. Successful candidates will have strong administrative, computer and
time management skills as well as an ability to be warm and friendly to
students and others who come to the office. Office assistants must be able
to keep the highest level of confidentiality.
Office Assistant position are available in each Residence Area, as well as
the Office of Residential Life. Please contact the Residence Director of
the area in which you might be interested in working.
