CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:
For students living in Carle, Fiske, Holloway, Huntress, all Mini-Houses, Monadnock, One Butler Court, Owls Nests, Pondside I, Pondside III and Randall:
Students living in these residence halls are required to purchase either a 12 or 19 meal plan with or without Flex. The traditional meal plan offers a number of guaranteed meals at the Dining Commons. The Flex plan offers the same guaranteed meals plus an additional $150 worth of credit to use for snacks and beverages at the Student Center. Please note that residents of these areas have the opportunity to increase their meal plan contract at any time during the semester by completing the Meal Plan Enrollment/Change Request Form. (Flex plans can only be changed to other Flex plans.)
CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS:
For students living in the Bushnell, Tisdale, Pondside II apartments and off-campus: Students living in these locations may choose any of the meal plans offered or the 5 meal plan with or without Flex. The 5 meal Flex plan offers an additional $40 worth of credit to use for snacks and beverages at the Student Center. Please note that students living in the areas listed above have the opportunity to change or cancel their meal plan contract within the first 30 days of the semester. Students looking to change their meal plan can do so by completing the Meal Plan Enrollment/Change Request Form (Flex plans can only be changed to other Flex plans.); students looking to cancel their meal plan must contact the Office of Residential Life. If students cancel their meal plan within the 30 day period, a pro-rated rebate will be credited to their student account on the unused portion of the board contract, less one week.
Students signing up for or changing a meal plan after the semester has started:
Please allow 24 hours for your meal plan to be activated. (Requests submitted by 3:00pm will be processed by 3:00pm on the next business day.) If you need to be on a meal plan immediately, complete and submit the form then bring a copy of your receipt to the ID office in the Dining Commons to have your meal plan activated. The ID office will keep the copy of the receipt.
