Alison Pantesco, German lecturer, led a workshop on “Bringing Mozart and our students to life!” at the Second International Scenario Forum Conference on engaged, performative teaching, learning, and research held at the University of Cork College in Cork, Ireland in early June. Using musical selections from Mozart das Musical as a resource, Pantesco guided participants as they learned to engage their students in the personal struggles and triumphs of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart using rap, drama, karaoke, and simple choreography in the German classroom.
