Professional Activities

Dr. Sandra Howard, Associate Professor of Music and Conductor of the KSC Chamber Singers, was a guest clinician for the NHMEA Large Group Music Festival and coordinator of the first annual NHMEA Elementary Honors Chorus Festival in March 2017. She presented a session titled “Vocal Techniques for Non-Western Choral Repertoire” at the Connecticut Music Educators Conference in April 2017. Dr. Howard was recently named as the 2017 NHACDA Choral Director of the Year award recipient.
