NASPA Honors Two from Keene State

Keene State’s Casey Justice and Natasha Young were among those honored at this year’s NASPA Region I annual conference in Manchester.

NASPA is a national student affairs professional organization.

Casey Justice was awarded the Doris Michiko Ching Excellence in Student Affairs Award for NH NASPA. From the NASPA website: “This award honors a student affairs professional at the mid-level whose outstanding commitment to the profession includes development of programs that address the needs of students, creation of a campus environment that promotes student learning and development, and support of an active engagement in NASPA.”

Natasha Young, a current senior, was awarded the Catch a Rising Star NASPA NH award. This award is given to an undergraduate in the state who has made a significant contribution to their home campus, demonstrated academic achievement, exceeded the expectations of their respective leadership positions, and shown an interest in the field of Student Affairs.
