Fitness Class Updates

Beginning on Tuesday, June 9th, Lindsay Taflas will be teaching an evening yoga class at the Rec Center studio from 4:45-5:45 p.m. This class will replace the Thursday class that was on our originally published schedule. Come join Lindsay for a soothing end to your work day.
And try Zumba in June! Join us in the studio at the Rec Center every Monday in June from 5-5:45 p.m. This easy to follow class uses energetic dance moves to work the whole body. Have fun and get a great workout through dance!
