On Saturday, 16 October 2010, professors Heather Gilligan, Sandra Howard, and Craig Sylvern gave the world premier of Dr. Gilligan’s composition “Winged Reflections” at the 2010 New Hampshire Music Teachers Association [NHMTA] State Conference in Concord. The composition is the result of Dr. Gilligan winning the 2010 NHMTA Commissioned Composer Prize, and a recording of the performance will be sent to the Music Teachers National Association to compete with other winning compositions from across the United States.
